Rabies vaccine must have their Microchip Number, Brand of vaccine, lot number, expiration date of drug, date given and date of next injection due, and be signed in inkPlease note: If the Rabies Vaccine is a 3-year, it must be within the 1st year of validation for the EU. This means it was given less than 1 year prior to Oct. 1, 2026If they are or will be in year 2 or 3 of a 3 year vaccine, they will need a new rabies vaccine, given before August 1st, 2026.Forms Needed For Transport:

USDA Endorsed EU Health Certificate for Non-Commercial Movement of Pets & Declaration
I will need the name & practice of your veternarian and clinic to coordinate with them for the completion of the Health Certificate prior to Thor & Lilli's Health Exams.Make an appointment for Sept. 7th, 2026 for Thor and Lilli's Health Certificate ExamPlease note: For the EU, Health Exams can be done up to 30 days in advance, the USDA endorsement only needs to be done within 10 days. Which the Vet can submit it after the exam, then the USDA will hold on to it until it is time for endorsement.Forms required for travel:

- ORIGINAL USDA Endorsed EU Health Certificate & DeclarationOnce you receive the certificate back in the mail, please email me scans of the documents prior to transport, this way I can make copies of them, as I always carry 3 copies of the paperwork with me, along with the originals, that way I can hand them off to the airline and not worry about them going to make copies and bringing them back.Prior to pick-up, I will send a Life360 Code where you will be able to GPS track us for the trip Sometimes it doesn't work while we are in flight, for that, I have added a link to a flight tracking page below. I will also be sending text and picture updates along the way.

Day of Transport

Please pull food at 6 am prior to travel and limit water intake This will help them feel more comfortable on the trip, and help to keep them from having any complications from "holding it" too long.I will meet you at SFO - International Terminal - Departures Level, Inside between Doors 3 & 4

- 2 Small bags of food (quart ziploc is more than enough)
- (Optional) Favorite toy or small piece of material that smells like "home"I will send you a text prior to our meeting time, for communication.Prior to arrival at the airport, please let me know if you will need help with your luggage and the dogs. If you are have someone dropping you off, I can meet you curbside.After arrival, we will head to the Lufthansa desk for check-in. At check-in, Lufthansa will look at the paper work, check the crates, weigh them, take any checked luggage, and give us our boarding passes.When we are done there, we take Thor and Lilli in their crates to the TSA check-in, where <most times> we will need to take them out of the crates while TSA hand checks the crates. At this point is when I will put ice in their water bowls before they are sent down in the elevator to wait to board the plane.After that, we will go through TSA and head to the gate to wait to board the plane.

Arrive AGP at 4:30 pm CESTDuring the flights, Life 360 tracking does not always work. While we are in flight, please use Flight Aware for the most accurate, up to date, information about our flight. If Wi-Fi is available on the flight, I will be able to communicate during the flight. I will send updates as soon as I know about them with any delays and with approximate times of arrival, so the person meeting for delivery will have the most accurate time of arrival for us.

*Arrival at AGP

After arriving at AGP, we will go through immigration and then pick up Thor & Lilli and your bags at Baggage Claim. After we have everything, we will head to the inspection desk, where they will check over their paperwork and scan their microchips.Once we are cleared, they will be free to enter the country and travel between EU countries with their paperwork.
